In addition, Debbie manages and maintains business records through our affiliate corporation, BD Services Corporation, a commercial registered agent service, ensuring the required annual reporting is filed with the Washington Secretary of State each year, and records are kept current in accordance with Washington Law.

Debbie’s reputation in the corporate world earned her the opportunity to join a handful of individuals to participate in the Washington Secretary of State’s Super User Focus Group in Olympia, Washington to assist with desired user features, filing authority, file formats, notifications, search services, payment options, commercial registered agent listings, online forms and filings, etc., prior to launching the Secretary of State’s new user-friendly website interface and on-line filing system. Debbie was involved in legislative changes as a result of this groups’ work (2013-2015).

When Debbie is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family (husband, kids, grandchildren, and puppy), gardening, and boating.
