Sallye Quinn
Sallye has over 20 years of experience handling business, real estate and creditor’s rights matters. In her real estate practice, Sallye represents a number of clients in all phases of real estate acquisition and leasing and also represents commercial landlords in eviction proceedings. Sallye’s general business practice covers a wide range of business issues, including selecting and forming the business entity, buying and selling assets and interests in operating enterprises (what the big firms call mergers and acquisitions), ownership agreements and general contract drafting and negotiation. Sallye’s lending and creditor’s rights practice focuses on assisting lenders with documentation and due diligence review as well as representing creditors in bankruptcy and assisting lenders with all aspects of collection, including real and personal property foreclosure.
Sallye likes her practice mix because each area informs the other; she uses the insights gained from her broad practice area to create practical, creative and efficient solutions for her clients. She particularly enjoys the constant learning that her practice affords her and applying that learning for the benefit of her clients; her goal is to provide value and efficiency to her clients and to never lose sight of the people and her client’s goals despite the intricacies that may be involved in a matter.
